About -> News -> "QoS" module

OpenSIPS 1.5.0 and QoS support

QoS is an new module that can be used to track per dialog SDP sessions.
The QoS module is sitting on top of the dialog module and provides an API to be used by other module.
The QoS module does not provide any scripting functionality (it is a passive module).
